Mirko Lalli has always been involved in innovation, technology, communication and marketing.
He was Director of Corporate Communication of Clouditalia SpA, Chief Executive Officer of AR-tel SpA, and before that, Marketing and Communications Director of Fondazione Sistema Toscana (Tuscany Region). There he dealt with corporate communication and the involvement of institutional stakeholders, the organization of innovation-themed events, and since 2008 also with the coordination of digital marketing initiatives for the repositioning of the Tuscan destination regarding tourism.
Alongside his activity as an entrepreneur, he is also a speaker at international events and a teacher in masters and courses in digital innovation and management for tourism and culture at various Italian universities.
He was a member of the Tourism Innovation Committee of the Ministry of Tourism and, since its first edition, he has collaborated on the design and implementation of BTO – Buy Tourism Online, also as a member of the Technical Scientific Committee of BTO Educational.
In December 2017 he participated in the Executive Program of Singularity University in Silicon Valley.
In January 2014 he founded Travel Appeal and since then he has been its CEO; it is a company specializing in data analysis using Artificial Intelligence, which became The Data Appeal Company SpA in 2019, maintaining the goal of democratizing and simplifying the use and understanding of data.
