We will try to figure out how philosophy can be of help to us in understanding the changes in the digital age, the relationship with speed, the pressures on "performance" that we all suffer from – from counting the “likes” for influencers to the reputation rating for restaurants and hotels.
But we will also be talking about food and newly-rediscovered values, about how the pandemic has profoundly changed us. A meeting designed not so much to understand the demand but to help operators, to build up tools that allow us to face the digital acceleration to which we are subjected on a daily basis.
Ultimately, to maintain our centrality, not to succumb to technology.
