Export and marketing Cantine Goretti
Sara Goretti was born in Marsciano on April 21st, 1983; today she is part of the fourth generation with her sister Giulia, and they collaborate with the previous generation where her father Stefano and uncle Gianluca lead the family Umbrian winemaking business in Montefalco and Perugia.
She has mainly been dealing with the foreign market since 2006, after graduating in Agriculture specializing in Viticulture and Enology. The winemaking cellars of the family are of "wine tourism", given the strong orientation towards the specific tourism of technical winemakers, but not only that; in fact, they are also interested in new customers who are looking for experiences that are less targeted but more closely linked to the wine sector.
Stemming from her degree thesis, a cosmetic line was born, the Winetherapy. She then wrote a book of eno-gastronomic recipes which was translated into 14 languages.
Her passion for helicopters led to a helicopter landing at the wine cellar; the private helipad is available for wine tours.
Today she also deals with marketing and social media; one of the company’s distinguishing activities has been the live and interactive virtual tastings, proposed on a large scale during the lockdown, becoming part of the tourist proposals. This led to being awarded the national prize of Mirabilia for the excellent results achieved.
