Project Manager Civica srl
For over 20 years I have been supporting public agencies, companies and associations in the designing and implementation of strategies and projects capable of generating innovation and territorial development through the use of European funds. I am a member of the Pool of Experts supporting the European Capitals of Culture, an action promoted by the European Commission.
I hold the role of City Project Manager as part of the Intelligent Cities Challenge, an initiative of the Horizon 2020 program for the development of a network of European cities engaged in green and digital transition.
Since 2002 I have been president of ITACA – a non-profit agency for local development and, since 2004, I have been senior partner of the Civica consulting company.
I was a guest lecturer on "European project design & management" at the University of Teramo and I taught and held seminars at the Universities of Camerino, Rome "La Sapienza", L’Aquila, Perugia and LUISS.
I collaborated with FORMEZ as an advisor on European funds. "Arousing lost, hidden or misused resources" is the mantra that inspires my actions. An avid reader and inveterate walker, I also play the piano.
