I like to think about recipes first, then taste them in my mind and finally carry them out.
I have always been inspired by the colors and scents linked to history and different cultures trying to put together knowledge and flavors.
Palate and imagination are my strengths.
Who I am:
I was born in Tripoli, in the homeland of spices, I arrived in Italy in the 1970s and I have always believed that when there is passion, there is an impulse that moves things. My luck was to have a dad who was a butler and who inevitably spent a lot of time in the kitchen; in fact, since I was a child, I have lived among aromas and flavors.
My father taught me to taste everything, from spices to wine, by dipping my index finger into the cup.
