She leads and coordinates the high growth program Exoo23|Radical™ which supports the development and growth of innovative startups and SMEs with a high rate of innovation.
She coordinates the technology transfer of the projects and activities developed by X23 Science. Speaker at international conferences, mentor and coach for various startup programs in Europe, she also plays the role of Expert with the European Commission, and is the official Coach of the EIC Accelerator programme of the European Commission.
She coordinated the first edition of "She Loves Tech" for Southern Europe, the largest private initiative in support of "women in tech" at a global level, of which X23 is the Official Organizing Partner.
