President Eurosportello Confesercenti
Born in Naples in 1959 and a graduate in law in 1984 at the Federico II University, after a short spell as a trainee at a Florentine law firm specialising in administrative law, he was hired by Confesercenti in Florence as head of the sales office and then of the studies office.
He explores the issues on commercial and tourism legislation, publishing several essays on the subject and specialising in Tourism Economics at the University of Florence.
In 1990 he took over the management, and in 2014 also the presidency, of Eurosportello Confesercenti, a consortium set up by service companies of the confederal system to manage an information point on community opportunities for businesses, assigned in 1989, following a public selection, by the European Commission to Confesercenti Nazionale.
Since 2008 Eurosportello has been a member of the Enterprise Europe Network, the largest global network co-financed by the European Commission to support the innovation and internationalisation processes of companies.
It explores these topics with publications and the organisation of multiple communication and study meetings with particular reference to innovation processes and support measures for SMEs, in the context of the digital and technological transformation underway.
