Giuseppe Costa is President and CEO of Costa Edutainment Spa, leader in Italy in the management of public and private structures devoted to recreational, cultural, educational, study and scientific research activities.
Costa Edutainment currently manages the Acquario Village integrated system in Genoa (which includes The Genoa Aquarium, the Galata Museo del Mare (Museum of the Sea), the Biosphere, the Bigo), the Cattolica Aquarium, the Livorno Aquarium, the Oltremare and Aquafan in Riccione theme parks, Italy in Miniature in Rimini and the Mediterraneo Marine Park in Malta.
Costa Edutainment is also involved in the Italian Entertainment Network (IEN), an Italian operator in the management of large events and services for cultural activities, of which he is currently a board member. With the Opera20 company he took over Opera Laboratori, a company of which he is currently President, which supplies the commercial spaces of the Vatican Museums and that for years has participated in the management of the Uffizi Gallery, the Pitti Palace, the Medici Chapels, the Accademia Gallery in Florence and the Cathedral of Siena as well as some facilities in San Gimignano.
In 2018 he was appointed Cavaliere del Lavoro (Order of Merit for Work) by the President of the Italian Republic.
