Emmanuele Curti, (former) archaeologist and cultural manager, after his education in Perugia, he moved to London, where he taught at the University and Birkbeck Colleges, from 1992 to 2003, and subsequently at the University of Basilicata until 2015.

He has been involved for years with acculturation processes in ancient times among the Greek, Roman and indigenous worlds.

After leaving the university, he is now involved in projects regarding the role of culture as a tool of welfare (creative and cultural enterprises, cultural heritage, internal areas, community tourism, etc.).

He was a consultant for Matera 2019, as well as a founding member of Lo Stato dei Luoghi and of ParoleOstili. He writes for various newspapers: Vita, CheFare, AgCult, etc.
