Communication Director Italy, Greece, Israel & Malta - Security Correspondent Accor
Daniela Tondini is Communication Director for Italy, Greece, Israel & Malta of Accor, the world leader in augmented hospitality with over 5,200 among hotels, resorts and residences in 110 countries.
She began her career at Accor in the Sales Department, dealing with outbound sales. Later she worked on inbound sales before dealing with direct and indirect electronic and web distribution, in particular following the launch of the Italian version of the booking portal and the contracts with the OTAs. She was personal assistant to the Accor CEO for Italy for 10 years, during that time she began to follow media relations.
In addition to media relations, she is a security correspondent for the hotels in her sector and she manages the crisis communication.
She has been a member of FERPI since 2015
