Travel is coming Home. How to overcome the future challenges of non-hotel accommodation

In Italian

Non-hotel accommodation emerges from the pandemic with its head held high: preferred in the choices of those who have been able to travel, it owes its success to the greater degree of accessibility and privacy that it naturally offers as well as to the fewer restrictions it has been subjected to.

In the gradual return to normality, with the return of foreign tourists, the sector faces three challenges: that of the professionalization of employees, today more property managers than prophets of hospitality, that of digital transformation which allows for the automation of booking processes and access to facilities as well as business sustainability with, on the one hand, low margins and a growing number of obligations, often at the request of the legislator, but also new business opportunities often due to the spread of smart working or of events at home.

So how can we face this uncertain, but very promising future?
