Operations Director Italy & USA NH Hotel Group
Marco Gilardi is the Executive Director of Operations Italia and of the NH Hotel Group (BU Southern Europe), the supervisor of 56 hotels.
Before assuming this role he held various positions in the Commercial and Operational world: he was Operations Regional Director – supervisor of 16 hotels in Italy; before that, he took on the role of Sales Director of MICE & Groups Sales; he was supervisor of the centralization of booking in GSO (Group Sales Office) and coordinator of the European reservation center for Italy, France, Benelux and the UK in Madrid.
