Director of UniRimini spa Società Cosortile for the University of Bologna at its Rimini Campus since 1998 and Manager of Rimini Tecnopolo since 2018, he deals with innovation and digital strategies for companies, tourist destinations and sports clubs. He is a visiting professor of Digital Innovation for sport and tourism at the University of Florence, the University of Perugia and the University of Tor Vergata. Since 2018 he has been a member of the Scientific Board of the BTO of Florence on the issues of Digital Innovation for Tourism.
He gives lectures at Trade Associations and Companies, permeating the scientific dimension of the Managerial modelling with the concrete management needs of Companies and Institutions.
For 10 years he has been dealing with Digital Innovation, Web Marketing and E-commerce, integrating theoretical studies of Strategic Marketing with the use of Digital Platforms and Communication tools according to the most current market needs.
As an expert on Sports Tourism, he has participated as a speaker in various conferences in the sector and in collaboration with CAST (Center for Advanced Studies of the University of Bologna), he organizes a series of research projects on the economic impact of sports Tourism events.
He organizes the Summit of the Incubators on Startup issues for Unirimini spa.
He has written contributions for University and popular texts including: Turismo Mega Trend published by Hoepli.
