Ospitalia
Federico Samaden was born in Milan in 1957, where he studied at the classical high school and then at the Bocconi University; after that, he graduated from the University of Siena in Economics and Banking.
v In 1989 he founded the branch of San Patrignano in Trento, the rehabilitation community for young people afflicted by the drug problem, and he ran it as a manager until 2007, becoming one of the most experienced Italian testimonials in this field.
The long and intense experience working with hundreds of young people has refined his educational and relational skills. The management of training activities saw him gradually acquire more and more managerial skills.
Since 2009 he has been director of the professional hotel training institute of the autonomous province of Trento, where he manages two headquarters, four branches and 800 students aged 14 to 18. In 2017 he was the creator and co-founder of the Ospitalia brand, aimed at promoting the value of the style of Italian hospitality as an engine of territorial development.
In 2019 he created the training section of Ospitalia, giving life to the only Academy that combines hospitality management with Italian style and beauty.
In 2019 he received an assignment from the provincial council as an expert in policies in favour of young people, to promote innovative tools for their growth. Since 2021 he has been president of the Franco Demarchi Social Research Foundation.
