Talent & Culture, Internal Communication and CSR Manager at Accor for Italy, Greece, Malta and Israel, where she has been working since 2008.
She got a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures in Bari; she completed her studies with a Master’s in Human Resources Management and Recruitment and a scholarship in Spain that allowed her to obtain a second degree.
She mainly deals with aspects related to Talent development, internal communications and CSR. Over the years, she has developed an extensive amount of experience, increasingly consolidating her knowledge in terms of social responsibility.
In the latter field, with the support of “Solidarity Accorhotels” foundation, she has also developed and implemented projects of great social value to guarantee a future for young people and women in difficult conditions.
