Chief Operating Officer My Suite Hotel
Growing up behind a reception desk, I grew up talking to guests and learning from them what the true meaning of the word "travel" is.
I currently run the family business, the Baron Beach Hotel, founded in 1956, and I am COO of two hotels: the La Compagnia del Viaggiatore Hotel and My Suite Hotel, both in L’Aquila.
In the past few years, I have discovered how rewarding it is to contribute to the professional and personal growth of those who want to embark on a career in tourism. I define myself as a passionate novice teacher and I am collaborating with the University of Roma Tre, La Sapienza University, the European Society for Services and Training, EBTL.
An associative life has allowed me to grow, create unique relationships and understand the need to work together for the success of individual companies and of the destination.
I have in mind a traditional and contemporary kind of hospitality, where technology makes it possible to streamline the daily work but with the aim of leaving more time to devote to the guest.
I believe in human relationships, in empathy, in the quality of the work environment and in the involvement of all the staff.
I would like a more sustainable future for tourism. A future in which companies know how to create shared value, where the success of the company is obtained through the production of social and environmental well-being for the destination.
Born near the sea, I passed through the town, now I live in the mountains. I read a lot but I would like to do that a lot more.
