Alessandro Bogliolo

Alessandro Bogliolo is a professor of Information Processing Systems at the University of Urbino and manager of DIGIT srl, a benefit company and innovative start-up engaged in the development of digital platforms for participatory social innovation.

He is a member of the steering committee of Repubblica Digitale and of the Advisory Board of the European Commission’s Digital Skills and Jobs Platform. He is engaged in the field of scientific and cultural circulation and since 2015 he has been coordinating the EU Code Week literacy campaign.

He is the author of educational games, television programs and books on coding. In 2020 he created CodyTrip, an online cultural tourism format that makes it possible to create exclusive mass experiences.

In 2021, CodyTrip involved 5,291 classrooms of 1,892 towns in two-day online trips.
