Marco Fratoddi, professional journalist and trainer, is director in charge of Sapereambiente, teaches journalistic writing at the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy of the University of Cassino with a course on semiotics of environmental news and journalistic applications of new media from which the student magazine Cassinogreen was created.
He helped found the "Italian Federation of Environmental Media" of which he became general secretary in 2014. He participates as artistic director in the organisation of the Festival of civic virtue in Casale Monferrato (Al).
From 2005 to 2016 he directed "La Nuova Ecologia", the monthly magazine of Legambiente, where he dealt for a long time with environmental education and associations of children. He was editorial director of the Institute for the environment and education Scholé future-Weec Turin network.
He is part of the "General states of Innovation" where he follows environmental issues in particular.
