She is an executive official of PUGLIAPROMOTION Regional Tourism Agency, she collaborates on the design, evolution and management of the integrated digital tourism-culture Ecosystem of the Puglia Region, the digital tools of the Puglia destination and the digital services of the DMS.
She is the coordinator of Innovation for the Puglia365 Tourism Strategic Plan, she monitors data acquisition projects from external sources, sentiment analysis, travel experience design. As a mathematician lent to communication, she studies models and solutions to optimize the management of time, space and resources, an objective pursued in all the areas she has worked in: education, consulting and communication agencies, public bodies, small and medium-sized enterprises.
She is a member of the Advisory Committee of ARCHITECTA, the Italian Society of Information Architecture, of which she was President during the two-year period 2019-2020.
